Cold Spring Fitness is a unique balance of physical well being and overall health. We stress the importance of making time for self care, connecting mind & body, finding your own inner strength/motivation, and inspire improvement in the quality of life. Our focus is to build a foundation of awareness that will last a lifetime.
My personal mission is to empower individuals to live a healthy lifestyle and produce more active and functional people. Healthy lifestyle is attained by creating healthy habits, choices and proper nourishment. My programs are specially designed and created to meet each clients needs and abilities. I want to help as many people as I can because I feel it is my life’s purpose. Self care often gets overlooked when we get caught up in a busy lifestyle. I want to help people shift their thinking into making happier and healthier choices. With positivity and an energetic space, it allows for the body to move more functionally and productively. Ultimately, transforming our lives for the better. I’ve coached many clients around the community and have become even more passionate of full wellness. I also know from experience what it is like to blaze through a journey, changing old habits, making new choices, and pursuing a passion.
