Group Classes are offered every day of the week, and can be booked from this website! We use MindBody to make all of your fitness class signups easy. Pre-register before you come in - even if it's 20 minutes before class starts!

Private Training Sessions can also be booked through our MindBody app. When you ready to take a session, you'll see open time slots with your favorite instructor, and you can book it directly.

Cold Spring Fitness is a different kind of studio. Our group classes are small, so each member gets extra attention and guidance. Our instructors and trainers are highly qualified and cater classes to the fitness levels of the students in them. As such, all our classes are open to all fitness levels

Barre Fusion
Barre is a fusion of Pilates, Yoga, ballet-style barre practice and orthopedic stretching. This class uses bodyweight, a barre which is fixed onto the wall and light weights.
