Group Classes are offered every day of the week, and can be booked from this website! We use MindBody to make all of your fitness class signups easy. Pre-register before you come in - even if it's 20 minutes before class starts!
Private Training Sessions can also be booked through our MindBody app. When you ready to take a session, you'll see open time slots with your favorite instructor, and you can book it directly.
