Group Classes are offered every day of the week virtually via Zoom, and can be booked from this website! We use MindBody to make all of your fitness class signups easy. Pre-register for class-

To attend the class you must:

1. Download Zoom to your electronic device

2. Sign up for the class on Mindbody

3. You will then receive a Meeting ID to join the class 30 mins prior

4. Enter the meeting ID in Zoom

5. Get your sweat on! 😅💪💦
