What services are offered at Cold Spring Fitness?
Cold Spring Fitness offers small group fitness classes such as weight training, HITT, Battle Rope, Boxing, Cycling as well as Pilates, Yoga & Barre. Our classes are designed to accommodate all fitness levels. We also offer private classes, private training and private parties. We have both male and female trainers on staff.
How much does a class cost?

How do I sign up, and do you accept walk-ins?
Online registration is available through our Schedule page. We use MindBody to make check-in easy. You can do it via the Schedule page on this website, or by plugging into Cold Spring Fitness in your MindBody app.
Pre-registration is not required but it is recommended to save your spot due to our small class sizes. Walk-ins are welcome for all regularly-scheduled group fitness classes. Visit the Schedule page now.
How many bikes do you have in your indoor cycling classes?
11 bikes are available. We recommend pre-registration to guarantee a bike is reserved for you.
Why is it important to arrive at the studio at least 10-15 minutes before class?
For your safety, our cycling instructors need this time to double-check each rider's bike setup and to answer any questions our less-experienced riders may have. For all group fitness classes, we recommend clients use the extra time for pre-class stretching and warm-up. This is especially important for those just beginning a fitness regimen.
What is the cancellation and waitlist policy for classes?
We are a small studio, so we hope you understand.
CANCELLATION: If you are unable to make it to the class you booked you may cancel up to 6 hours before the start of that class time.
-Class pack policy: If you cancel 6 or more hours before the start of class, you will be able to redeem the class that you cancelled and use it at a later date and time. If you fail to cancel 6 or more hours before the start of class, or you don’t show up to a class that you booked, the class will be forfeited from your class pack and you will not get the opportunity to get that class back.
-Unlimited monthly membership policy: If you do not cancel your reserved spot or do not show up for your class, you will be charged an additional $6 for every class in addition to your membership fee. Have respect for your fellow trainees, riders & yogis. Unused unlimited or membership packages are non-refundable or extendable. It is the members responsibility to manage their memberships attendance.
-All suspensions and cancellations of memberships must be completed in person at Cold Spring Fitness.
-All memberships, class cards or service purchases are final and non-refundable.
WAITLIST: Class seats are offered to the wait list on a first come, first served basis. You will be notified 8 hours before the scheduled class if you have been taken off the waitlist and moved into the class. Within 8 hours before class, there is no waitlist but you can periodically check in to see if a slot has opened.
EXPIRATION: Expiration dates vary by series; please review the different pricing options. Class/packages are non-transferrable and non-refundable.
Can I get ready for class at Cold Spring Fitness?
We are a small studio and have only one bathroom/shower/changing room. Please come early if you will need to change prior to class. We ask that all clients be mindful of others who might also need to use the facilities.
Why is it important to come 10-15mins early?
For all group fitness classes extra time is needed for proper pre-class set-up, stretching and warm up.
Do you have lockers?
There are hooks and cubbies available for your personal items.
Can I rent/borrow cycling shoes from you?
We do not have cycling shoes for you to use. We recommend you bring your own pair for a better ride (SPD or Delta clips). However, our bikes are designed to accommodate both clip-ins and appropriate athletic footwear (sneakers).
Can I rent/borrow a mat from you?
We recommend you bring your own mat for for comfort, but we do have complimentary guest mats available for your use. FYI: We are happy to keep your mat at the studio for you.
Do you provide towels?
Yes. We have complimentary guest towels available for your use. Please ask a staff member or instructor for a towel prior to the start of class.
How old must a client be to take a group fitness class?
We allow anyone who is 14 years of age, 4'10" and weighs over 100 lbs to participate in our group fitness classes. Signed parental consent is required for anyone under the age of 18.
Where do I park?
There are 15+ spots in the parking lot out front. Although there is a partial gate towards the rear of the lot, it never closes, so feel free to park behind it as well.
